I revisited the website of the company I’d bought the Ginseng and Gingko from and had a look in their Sexual Health section. This was an eye opener. Here were numerous herbal remedies listed specifically to boost libido and improve penile health. So after some reading, I ordered some Tribulus Terrestris and started to use that, in addition to the others. The results were amazing! My erections became more frequent and they were rock solid. My wife commented on the stiffness and how much she enjoyed it – result! We had a great couple of weeks and had more sex in that time than the previous few months.

Then sadly, it came to an end. The TT tablets stopped making a difference after about 4 weeks. The jar said to take 1 to 2 tablets once or twice daily. I was taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I looked around the web again and discovered that TT does indeed stop having an effect after a few weeks and you need to stop using it for a while to allow your body to forget about it. I carried on researching and found out something more interesting still. If you wanted to have a high T-level everyday through using a booster like Tribulus Terrestris, then you could. You just had to cycle them. The way to do it was to have more than 1 – preferably 7 or more and use them one after another. Your body never gets used to one and keeps responding to the new addition each day. I then embarked on searching around for different options to buy.

At this point, it worth noting that there are hundreds of stores out there who sell these supplements. To get the best deals, you need to shop around and buy from separate stores for your stock. The price differences are ridiculous on many products. So I now have 7 different daily options. In addition, I also purchased an estrogen blocker. The first attempt at a solution

Now that I knew what the problem was, I set about finding the solution. There’s a whole raft of things you find on the net to help you with any problem, a low T-level is no different. Most of junk I came across was expensive and unnecessary. I didn’t want to pump drugs into my body – things were bad enough already! I had to find an alternative, either a method or maybe a herbal remedy. I was walking through a shopping mall and came across a Chinese Herbal medicine store. They had a sign up outside offering free consultations on a variey of problems. I bit the bullet and went in.

The doctor took one look at me and asked ‘How is your sex?’. To which I replied ‘OK’, very shame faced. He could see there was a problem without even doing an examination. He proceeded with checking my pulse, my tongue and taking a few measurements as only Chinese doctors seem to. He concluded that my immune system needed boosting, my libido was too low and my kidneys were not performing correctly. Obviously there was a remedy to fix all these and it would take time. I took my first steps to recovery and bought his offerings. It wasn’t cheap but he seemed to know what he was talking about. I took the combination of teas, drinks and herbal pills over the course of a month and started to seem some improvement in my overall wellbeing.However, the libido situation still persisted and the doctor advised me to buy more of his concoctions.

At this point I started to see if I could get his medicines cheaper elsewhere. I found it was possible, however, what I also did was to look at the main ingredients and see if they were available separately. Ginseng and Gingko Biloba kept coming up as the active ingredients. I looked around and found these quite easily as supplements and bought stronger doses. I started to take these herbs everyday and after only 2 or 3 days I was feeling great. I was feeling stronger, more alert and more mentally agile. I was also a bit more alert in the bedroom but I have to say it wasn’t the total desired effect and it wasn’t like I was 18 again or anything. So the search continued.

So, let’s get started. I’m an average guy. I have a steady office job with plenty of stress. I’m in my late 30s, married and have a couple of kids.

Up until a couple of years ago, I had a fairly active sex life – usually 3 to 4 times a week. It all seemed to change very suddenly and I didn’t really think anything of it at the time. My stress levels went through the roof with work activities. If I got a cold, it would take forever to recover, I felt tired all the time, my hair fell out and my weight just ballooned up without any real reason and I totally went off sex!
